What you'll be doing: Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism, in person and on the phone. Scheduling appointments and managing daily workflow. Answering questions and providing clear, compassionate client education. Maintaining accurate records and updating patient files. Supporting the veterinary team with communication and coordination. Processing payments and checking clients in and out. Helping to ensure a calm, organized, and welcoming lobby experience. You are...
