Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. Provide accurate information regarding our container services, pricing, and availability. Assist customers with order placement and management of their accounts. Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any further issues. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
