Canadian Blind Manufacturing based in Richmond, BC is a fast growing, customer oriented blind manufacturing facility, and is looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual. Duties and responsibilities:

  • Data Entry
  • Client service and support
  • Handling incoming phone calls and emails in a pleasant and professional manner
  • Welcoming all walk-in dealers to the showroom and assisting them with their needs
  • General office duties

Additional requirements:

  • Min. 3 years of Customer Service experience in Canada
  • Fluent in oral and written English
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Outlook
  • The ability to establish priorities, work both independently and collaboratively, and achieve objectives with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge and understanding of Imperial system, formulae, calculations and codes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
