POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented, adaptable, and professional team member to join our support staff. This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Mississauga Clinic. Weekend availability is a required part of this position, as our clinics operate 7 days a week. Ability to work at multiple Canaray locations is preferred. Locations include Mississauga, Vaughan, Scarborough, and downtown Toronto.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability to changing technology and processes.
  • Ability to learn new terminology and technical skill sets.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and general software navigation.
  • Experience in customer service, including resolving customer concerns.

Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing professional telephone customer service support.
  • Scheduling, confirming, and modifying appointments.
  • Proofreading radiology reports for accuracy and clarity.
  • Printing, mailing, and filing patient documentation.
  • Data entry and database management.
  • Manipulating Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) DICOM files.
  • Segmentation of 3D data.
  • Following patient privacy regulations (PHIPA compliance).
  • Ensuring consistent sanitization and adherence to all health and safety policies.
  • Assisting with other clinic tasks as required. (Training will be provided—no prior CBCT or segmentation experience necessary.)
