QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Have a current valid drivers license.
• Experience in customer service/sales would be beneficial, but not essential. Training provided.
• Good English communication skills both verbal and written.
• Positive attitude with a go to attitude.
• Must be able to work unsupervised and within a team environment
• Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
• Work a rotating roster that includes alternate weekends, and could include Public Holidays.

• Communicate with customers via phone, and in person, prepare and finalise rental agreements, take bookings and answering general customer enquiries.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Some light detailing and driving may be required at times.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, filing documents regarding rental agreements.
  This Role would suit someone looking for weekend work and a few hours during the weekdays, Estimating 20 hours per fortnight, More hours on holiday periods if required .
  Rosters can be built around study time tables, to allow the successful applicant flexibility.
