DESCRIPTION: Customer Service Representative– Kelowna, BC(Full Time)
As a Customer Service Representative for CARO Analytical Services’ growing laboratory network, your main responsibilities will include:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Science degree or previous work in a laboratory is an asset.
  • Genuine dedication to customer care/service.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office for quick and accurate data entry.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Experience:

  • customer service or data entry: 1 year (preferred)
  • working in a laboratory: 1 year (preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Work order login and Sample labelling.
  • Confirm COC discrepancies with Account Manager or Client (as needed).
  • Sending Login notification to clients promptly.
  • Updating work orders with additional analysis and/or revisions
