• Building strong, professional relationships with customers over the phone
• Managing accounts with care, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
• Processing customers orders
• Managing the customer order
• Raising collections when necessary
• Send samples to customers
• Maintaining customers price files
• Offering the customers our whole range of products
• Working with a team that values collaboration and great communication
