CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / APPOINTMENT SETTER

Company: Rainbow North York (CDC North York Inc.)
Location: 1300 Finch Avenue West, North York, ON (near Finch & Keele)
Job Type: Part-Time (In-person only, with potential to become full-time)
Compensation: $17.20/hour (Ontario minimum wage)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Living within walking distance of the location is prioritized and considered a strong advantage
  • Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
  • 1 year of customer service or call center experience (preferred)
  • High school diploma required, degree or diploma from an accredited institution preferred
  • Must be able to commute daily to 1300 Finch Avenue West, North York
  • Must work in-person (no remote work available)
  • Valid work permit required
  • Filipino language skills are an asset
  • Multilingual abilities are a bonus
