Currently looking for - Customer Service Representative (AM&S)
Location: Baie D’Urfe, Quebec | Hours: 9:00am-6:00pm or 9:30am to 6:30pm

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and e-mails;
  • Taking orders and enter them into the ERP system;
  • Follow-up on the status of client orders;
  • Process credit notes;
  • Monitor EDI and other automated forms of order entry;
  • Place proactive outbound client calls to a qualified dealer base;
  • Processing drop-shipments and on-line orders as required;
  • Completing clerical duties, on an on-going basis including RMA processing, ETA updates;
  • Provide clients and remote Sales Representatives with answers to sales inquiries.
