Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! We are a textile distribution business serving the commercial furniture industry. You will be serving a diverse group of customers ranging from the largest furniture manufacturers in the world to independent design studios throughout North America.
**Shift is in office from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday.
Please submit resume as well as salary expectations to be considered. Pay Scale is based on experience in B2B Customer Service in Distribution.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and enter incoming orders
  • Provide information about our product line
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Assisting Outside Sales Professionals with customer related issues and opportunities
  • Answer phone calls assisting customers with placing orders and answering product questions
  • Follow up on orders awaiting approval and payment
  • Work with warehouse team to manage issues at time of order processing.

Qualifications: Previous experience in business to business customer service, sales, or other related fields

  • Ability to build rapport with repeat customers
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience in B2B or distribution preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
