Description Provides a complete range of customer services at the financial institution, including opening both business and consumer accounts. Provides a variety of customer transactions in accordance with financial institution policies and procedures. Additionally recognizes referral opportunities to the NDIP department and the ability to cross sell the institutions products and services. Requirements Receives checks and cash for deposit to accounts, verifies amounts, examines checks for proper endorsement, and enters deposits into computer records. Cashes checks and processes withdrawals. Receives mortgage, consumer and other loan payments. Counts coin and currency. Balances drawer at end of day. Aid in questions or concerns regarding ATM transactions. Opens new accounts (i.e. Checking, Savings, Time Deposits, IRA’s) Redeems Savings Bonds and matured Time Certificates Issues Cashier's checks Prepares account paperwork, including signature cards, check orders, wire transfers etc. Assists customers with questions and concerns. Aids in the cross selling of financial institution services. Attends training as required. Attendance is an essential function Other duties as assigned
