Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact with customers. In this role, you are responsible for providing prompt and effective service to our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promptly respond to telephone and email inquiries from customers and resolve issues quickly or escalate issues as required;
  • Log communication with customers using our tracking system;
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products;

Job Requirements:

  • College or University degree or diploma;
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to problem solve;
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment;
  • Ability to interact with people in a positive and professional manner;
  • Dependable and punctual; and
  • Detail-oriented team player.
