JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in selecting eyewear for their specific needs. Also, you will help with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services through effective communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong people skills, phone etiquette and the ability to analyze customer needs while providing solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not necessary.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new things
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
