Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful hand that supports our customers, dealers, and visitors. What You'll Do Answer customer inquiries and provide helpful, accurate information Check and respond to voicemails daily Enter warranty information into our system (Syspro) Maintain organized records and files Send documents and communications via computer, email, or fax Support general office operations, including basic accounting and clerical tasks Perform other duties as needed Requirements What You Bring At least 1 year of customer service experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity with administrative tools like Microsoft Word and Excel Detail-oriented and organized Knowledge of basic clerical procedures and customer service best practices Ready to Lift Lives with Us? - Apply now and be a part of something meaningful.
