Description Colossal Contracting, LLC is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work out of our Annapolis, MD HQ. An ideal candidate will be a self-starter looking to take their first steps towards a long-term career. This individual will interact with customers on a consistent basis while functioning in a support role for multiple departments within the company including Project Management, Sales, Federal Programs and ARAP. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Proactively reach out to clients to perform quality assurance checks. Work with sales and PMO with tracking of shipments/deliveries. Assist ARAP with invoicing when needed. Assist PMO with managing proper documentation. Work with sales and PMO to complete Sales to PMO checklist. Create schedules for projects. Assist in RMA’s process as needed. Assist PMO in maintaining POP dates and helping projects stay on schedule. Obtain technical certifications as needed. Fulfill office and operational duties as needed. Requirements 1-2 year of experience in a customer facing role. Associates or bachelor’s degree in a business or technical disciple is preferred. Ability to creatively solve challenging problems Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic and complex environment. Passion for customer service. Extremely organized and detail oriented. Strong communicator that can work without direct supervision or detailed direction. Travel Travel is not required for this position. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position and will require reporting to our Annapolis HQ. Hour are Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm. Job Type: Full-time employee of Colossal Contracting with opportunities for advancement.
