Description _____________________________________________________________________________ POSITION SUMMARY This position requires strong interpersonal communication skills, the ability to interact effectively both orally and in writing with internal and external customers, and a firm understanding and working knowledge of finance and accounting. This person must be capable of developing customer relations and possess good general office experience. Additionally, this person must be a self-starter and be self-directed with the ability to work well under time constraints while meeting company and customer commitments. JOB RESPONSIBLITIES Financial report and cost analysis in the development of invoice generation. Interacting daily with internal functional teams to ensure accurate reporting to Customers. Reviewing purchase orders and contracts in detail to assure invoicing accuracy. Cost estimating. Collecting data regarding man-hours, material transactions and repairs for invoicing. Entering orders into Quantum and managing orders in Quantum. Communicating effectively both verbally and in writing with internal and external customers. ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Education: Minimum of high school diploma. Experience: This position requires a minimum of one year of relevant working experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Software to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Prefer a basic knowledge of jet engine maintenance or parts. Must have good problem-solving skills. Ability to understand and apply analytical and statistics tools. Results oriented with process and execution skills. Ability to progressively improve writing, presentation, and communication skills. Working Conditions / Environment / Special Requirements Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, EPA, FAA, DOT, and State and Federal regulations. Ability to work flexible hours and different shifts if required. Some travel may be required including international. Employees be subject to the random drug and alcohol testing under FAA regulations.
