A role you will love As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring requests are managed with accuracy, efficiency, and care. You’ll enjoy variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to develop expertise in areas that matter. Maintain and update the securityholder register with precision Review and process securityholder requests using our bespoke software system Organise and manage correspondence between Computershare and securityholders Action requests in line with Australian laws, ASIC regulations, company policies, and client requirements Learn and deliver on specialised processes such as Deceased Estates, Off Market Transfers, and Bankrupt Estates Handle general maintenance tasks including changes to names, addresses, payment information, and tax details Ensure all actions are completed accurately and within required timeframes What will you bring to the role?
