Job Description
The Customer Service Representative engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:

  • Ability to type 25 words per min with 90% accuracy
  • Basic computer skills (office and web browsers)
  • Pass account specific exams based on training materials delivered
  • 6 mths call center experience is an asset
  • 6 mth – 1 year of customer experience
  • Ability to work full time M-F 9am – 9pm
  • Background clearance etc.
  • Pass a language assessment
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll:

  • Resolve technical issues with customers services
  • Empowered to Fix billing concerns
  • Provide customers with the right services based on their wants and needs
  • Ability to remain calm and deescalate a situation
  • Provided the time and resources to ensure we resolve customers issues
  • Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
