PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE & DEVELOPMENT

  • Continuously learn and stay current on product offerings, features, lead times, and supplier updates.
  • Participate in training, demos, and team meetings to enhance product expertise.
  • Share product knowledge with customers to support informed decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12 Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Customer service experience: 3 years
  • Sales experience and/or education: 2 years (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as team environment
  • Flexible; open to new ideas; readily accepts change
  • Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and priority skills
  • Stong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide clean criminal record check
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
