With proven success in working with telecommunications like AT&T, our team at Legacy Marketing Management has processed large amounts of tech sales daily. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be trained to work directly with businesses in a B2B sales environment, as well as engage with customers to provide product knowledge, process sales, and present tailored solutions that enhance their day-to-day operations.
The Customer Service Representative will join our Gold River team having excellent communication. In a world of technology we work with the latest and fastest technology service providing reinstating communication on how important it is regularly. We want our customers and clients to feel satisfied when working with us, building professional and long term rapport. The Customer Service Representative will be skilled in knowing AT&T’s services which range from high speed fiber interest, wireless air internet, cellular devices, and even land lines to be able to process sales orders. We have all the ability to expand our team and we are excited for our next Customer Service Representative team member to join us.
