Description Sport Court Intl. is seeking an organized, professional Customer Service Representative to answer customer questions, resolve claims issues, and assist with warranties or product service to ensure an excellent customer experience. Your Day to Day 1. Provide customer with answers to their questions including basic technical and product information via email, text, and phone. 2. Recommend products or alternate products based on customer requirements. 3. Accurately process all transactions e.g. Orders, Returns, Bills of Lading, Invoices, Warranty Processing 4. Obtain accurate information regarding the project and ship dates. 5. Follow department and company procedures. 6. Make suggestions to improve procedures. 7. Attend meetings when requested on site and via Microsoft Teams. 8. Resolve customers’ issues professionally and calmly. 9. To report daily KPI’s and perform other reporting as needed 10. Ensure Compliance with ISO 9001 standard and the 5S Visual Workplace 11. Commitment to 5s, including: Demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining a clean organized, and efficient workplace by applying the principles of 5S. Actively participate in keeping the work environment orderly. Identify opportunities to improve workflows. Adhere to established standards to ensure safety, quality, and productivity Support continuous improvement by fostering an atmosphere of respect for materials, equipment, and shared spaces. Encourage team accountability for sustaining a well-organized workplace.
