We’re now looking for a dynamic individual who can engage with customers - someone who loves helping people and also enjoys creating, fun, informative and engaging content for social media.

SKILLS

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing an excellent customer experience.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers.
• Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns efficiently.
• Basic photography and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut or similar apps)
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
• Previous sales experience, particularly in upselling products or services and content creation experience is a bonus.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must be available to work Monday - Friday and some weekends anytime between 8:30 am - 4 pm. Between 4-6 hour shifts.
