Job Summary We’re looking for friendly, motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)/Contest Consultants. In this role, you’ll provide accurate, helpful information to new and existing clients using your knowledge of our products and services. You’ll work closely with golf tournament organizers and sponsors, offering golf contest insurance quotes and answering questions by phone and email. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and outstanding communication skills are essential. Basic familiarity with golf is helpful, but we can teach you the rest. Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction & Support Answer incoming calls in a professional and welcoming manner. Provide clear explanations of available products and generate quotes tailored to client needs. Assist clients with contract and order status inquiries. Help clients navigate and complete quotes/contracts through our online portal. Send tournament package information via email or mail. Data Entry & Documentation Accurately enter client information into company databases for billing and mailing. Carefully document client-requested changes to contracts. Receive, log, and file contract paperwork and completed applications. Communication & Outreach Return customer calls and respond to email inquiries promptly. Transfer calls to appropriate team members when needed. Initiate claims processes as directed. Assist in creating prize and contest signage. Make outbound calls to generate new interest and support marketing and retention efforts. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: Friendly, reliable, and eager to contribute to a positive team culture. Exceptional customer service, communication, and listening skills (both verbal and written). Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry abilities. Ability to learn new systems and information quickly. One year of telephone-based customer service experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Typing speed of 40+ WPM. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Sales experience is a plus. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. Basic understanding of golf terminology is helpful but not required—we’re happy to train. Successful candidates must pass a standard background check and sign a confidentiality agreement.
