The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, suppliers, and partners. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide product and service information, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Assist with order processing, tracking, and follow-up to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information and tracking communications.
  • Collaborate with internal departments—including sales, production, and logistics—to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Support the coordination of service schedules, delivery timelines, and after-sales care.
  • Handle complaints or escalations with professionalism, empathy, and resolution-focused communication.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including preparing reports, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement by identifying trends, customer needs, and areas of opportunity.
  • Represent Control Manufacturing with a positive, client-first attitude at all times.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or administrative role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with databases or ERP systems.
