JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are a fast paced manufacturing company in the kitchen cabinet and closet industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You would be a main point of contact for customers and suppliers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience in customer service is required;
• Excellent communication skills in English;
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail;
• Ability to multi-task effectively maintaining order to multiple projects;
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment;
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills;

Work Location: In perso

• Work with Executive team and our team of designers to communicate with customers about requirements, timelines and delivery/install schedules;
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat;
• Enter Customer information and project details into CRM system;
• Assist with sales inquiries and product information;
• Assist with ensuring outside product and material orders are placed and followed up on;
• Assist in updating and daily production schedules;
