POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with 2+ years of experience in courier, freight, or logistics. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client accounts, handling inquiries, and coordinating shipments to ensure a smooth customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of customer service experience in courier, freight, logistics, or transportation (required).
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software (experience with dispatch or freight management systems an asset).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Team player with a professional and positive attitude.

• Provide front-line support to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
• Process courier and freight orders accurately and efficiently.
• Track and trace shipments, providing timely updates to clients.
• Resolve service issues, delivery delays, and claims in a professional manner.
• Liaise with drivers, dispatch, and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Build strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and prepare reports as needed.
