SUMMARY

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Crane Creations Theatre Company. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patrons, providing exceptional service and support while promoting our theatre productions. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing the overall experience for our audience.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

This position is funded through the Young Canada Works program. To be eligible, applicants must:

  • Be between 15 and 30 years old at the start of employment
  • Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
  • Be legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Been a student in the previous semester and intend to return to studies after the YCW position

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingualism is an asset
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs effectively
  • Comfortable with data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
    Job Types: Full-time, Casual
    Pay: $18.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 30 per week

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide information about upcoming shows, ticket sales, and events
  • Assist customers with ticket purchases and upselling additional services or merchandise
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
