Crystal Clear Water Centres is a leading provider of water treatment and purification systems in the Tri-City area. Our retail stores offer U-Fill Purified Water, coolers, salt and replacement filters, parts and accessories, in addition to a complete display of water systems for customers looking for in-home water treatment.
This entry level position is a critical part of our front-line team that is responsible for maintaining smooth functioning retail stores and providing a pleasing store presentation. Shifts may vary from week to week.

Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with customers and identifying needs to provide the goods and services required.
Create sales leads in our retail showroom by presenting and demonstrating our products and providing follow up as required.
Communicate with potential customers via phone, email and other CRM tools.
Meet or exceed monthly targets for both retail and equipment sales.
Maintain records in Microsoft CRM software.
Assist in the completion of day-to-day schedule for store operations and maintenance.
Participate in and assist with store, equipment and service promotions. This may include contacting customers scheduled for maintenance and follow up on customer accounts.
Must be able to work at either our Kitchener or Waterloo location for shift coverage.
