Description

Responsibility:

  • Welcome on-site customers and visitors, determine nature of business and coordinate with appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Promptly answer phone and e-mail communication in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Create repair orders from estimates and schedule appointments
  • Invoice data entry, balance daily accounts payable batches
  • Coordinate and process customer payments
  • Perform various clerical and administrative duties as required
  • Review insurance authorizations daily
  • Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner at all times
  • Maintaining and ordering parts

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fast pace administrative environment is a must
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Must be organized and a team player
