We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Huntington, Indiana Plant.
The ideal candidate will assist in achieving production goals and strategic initiatives, support quality and environmental standards, and maintain effective communication with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and accurate inventory management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with QAD or similar ERP systems.
  • Understanding of TS16949 & ISO14001 standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
