Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Woven Image is seeking a proactive and personable Customer Service Representative to join our friendly customer service and samples team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, supporting bespoke, made-to-order products that make a real impact in the design and built environment. This is a full-time position based in Sydney, with flexible work arrangements and a supportive team culture.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Deliver exceptional service by phone and email to both internal and external customers
  • Accurately process and manage complex sales orders, pricing, and delivery coordination
  • Track and follow up on deliveries and liaise with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support the Credit Controller with payments, pro-forma invoicing, and account management
  • Apply attention to detail to daily reporting, stock coordination, and CRM data entry
  • Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including the Sales and Warehouse teams
  • Assist with periodic stocktaking and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or order-processing environment
  • A confident communicator with a naturally helpful, solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central) and CRM platforms highly regarded
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team, with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Experience in a product-based or manufacturing setting is desirable but not essential
