Responsibilities
  • Act as a front-line contact for customer inquiries, both internal and external.
  • Manage orders from entry to delivery, including coordination with scheduling, pre-press, production, and shipping teams.
  • Review and verify purchase orders to ensure pricing and specifications match estimates.
  • Communicate with sales reps and internal departments to provide accurate, up-to-date information.
  • Track orders and follow up proactively to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Prepare customer invoices and manage requests for documentation such as certificates of conformity
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and pricing within internal systems.
  • Participate in daily scheduling meetings and initiate pre-production meetings when needed.

Your Profile

  • DEC or bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar customer service or coordination role.
  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written. (English proficiency is essential for communication with our English-speaking clients.)
  • Strong ability to collaborate across departments and engage with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Experience in a manufacturing, printing, or logistics environment is a strong asset.
  • Familiarity with order entry and invoicing systems (e.g., Label Traxx or similar software) is a plus.
