Responsibilities

· Support the team by providing excellent customer experience that contributes to a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Act as the first line of response to each customer.
· Work with customers to resolve issues and assist in the buying process through multiple channels such as phone, email, and chat via Zendesk.
· Respond to all inquiries within timeline targets as provided by supervisor.
· Communicate in an open and engaging tone with a focus on finding a solution for the customer.
· To undertake other duties commensurate with the grade as requested by the immediate superior.
