  • 1–3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or customer service (preferred but not required).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with TMS systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team. This role is central to ensuring our customers and carriers receive the highest level of service. You will manage day-to-day shipment coordination, track and trace freight, and serve as a reliable point of contact for customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data entry of shipment in the software.
  • Track & Trace shipments to ensure the good conduct of the operation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, providing a quick turnaround.
  • Mediate with carriers to resolve any logistical issues.
  • Prepare and provide daily tracing reports as required.
  • Timely status information updates; documenting service performance and equipment tracking.
  • Proactively communicate issues to the team.
  • Confidently problem-solve issues such as missed pick-ups, late delivery, damaged freight, or incorrect billing.
  • Verify both AP/AR rates are accurate in loads and manage exceptions with this process.
  • Execute any other logistics-related tasks as assigned by the direct Manager.
