JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Respond to all customer inquiries via social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and others, providing accurate information.
  • Address customer complaints promptly, offer appropriate solutions, and ensure complaints are resolved in a satisfactory manner.
  • Assist customers with post-sale issues such as delivery, returns, and questions regarding products or warranties.
  • Monitor customer comments and reviews on social media platforms, take appropriate follow-up action, and provide feedback to management.
  • Keep records of all customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions, ensuring that data is updated for future reference.
  • Prepare regular reports on recurring issues or complaints and provide recommendations for improving customer service.
  • Support the marketing team by providing customer feedback on products and assist in promoting furniture on social media platforms.
  • Measure response times and customer satisfaction on social media platforms, and provide monthly performance reports to company management.
  • Ensure that all customer information and interactions through social media are recorded and updated in the company’s database.
