Rolmaster Conveyors — a Canadian leader in custom conveyor systems — is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our Sales Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on client interaction, organization, and ensuring every customer has a great experience.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Proposals Manager, you’ll be the key connection between clients, suppliers, and the sales team. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service, supporting the sales process, and helping ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Customer Support & Engagement

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and qualify new leads
  • Guide clients through product details and order processes
  • Provide regular updates on quotes, orders, and shipping
  • Build relationships with clients and support long-term partnerships

Sales & Coordination Support

  • Assist with generating quotes and proposals
  • Work with suppliers to gather information and pricing
  • Help maintain CRM and order tracking systems
  • Support the team with reporting, documentation, and communication

Post-Sales & Administration

  • Coordinate shipping logistics and delivery details
  • Manage warranty claims and service follow-ups
  • Assist with marketing updates and product information as needed
