Position Overview: Our marketing team seeks an friendly and detail-orientated Customer Service Specialist to assist the sales team with generating, qualifying and managing leads. In this role, you’ll deliver a positive first experience for customers, providing helpful solutions and resources for their home exterior needs. Job Description Not a Match? Key Responsibilities: Client Relations & Customer Support | Serve as the first contact for customers, delivering a welcoming and professional experience that leaves a positive impression. Inbound Call Assistance | Manage incoming calls by providing solutions, answering inquiries, and promptly directing callers to the appropriate team members for a smooth customer experience. Lead Qualification | Evaluate incoming calls to determine their potential and fit for our services and sales team by following our internal guidelines and scripts. Appointment Scheduling | Coordinate and confirm appointments between clients and sales representatives, ensuring clear communication and productive meetings. Lead Engagement | Follow up with leads to gather additional information, address questions, and guide them toward the next steps in their decision-making process. Client Interest Renewal | Reconnect with past leads to spark renewed interest, collect valuable feedback, and identify new opportunities for future engagement. Cross-Department Collaboration | Collaborate closely with team members across departments—including Project Consultants, Site Supervisors, and others—to gather content, streamline service requests, improve customer experiences, and develop marketing materials as needed. Other Tasks As Needed Compensation: Pay Range: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience. Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in business is a plus. Prior experience in customer service/support, inside ales, or a related field preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in phone, email, text, and other communication channels. Experience with Google Drive and CRM systems is preferred. Self-motivated and proactive in taking on tasks and conducting independent marketing research. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
