Description POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing order support, and ensuring customer satisfaction with efficiency and care. This role is about problem-solving and relationship building. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Responsible for inbound calls from Independent pharmacies placing orders or seeking support. • Reaching out to customers proactively to provide updates, track shipments, or resolve issues. • Using our software to place and manage orders by phone and online. • Solving problems efficiently using the latest tools and helpful attitude. • Collaborating with team members and staying current through ongoing training · Other duties as assigned. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS • Dependability and willingness to accommodate work schedule. • Passion for delivering great service and solving problems. • Familiarity with Windows-based systems is a plus. • Effectively communicate with others using spoken word. • Experience in a call center or customer service setting is preferred. • Strong listening skill and a desire to help. • Portray flexible and multi-tasking abilities. • Accept responsibility and account for his/her actions. • Goal Oriented with the desire to perform to the best of his/her ability. SKILLS & ABILITIES Computer Skills: Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Suite of products including Excel, Word and Outlook Must possess the ability to learn and master computer systems used within the company on a daily basis (AOE, ASW & CRM).
