As a Customer Service Representative within the EMEA Order Management team at Danfoss Power Solutions, you will be an active contributor to our committed and professional group responsible for maintaining and improving the customer experience. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our direct and Strategic customers in the EMEA region, handling all incoming orders, delivery specifications and pricing information. Your position will involve management, support and timely information exchange with customers. The ability to foster relationships both internally and interdepartmentally to ensure the best outcome for the customer is an integral part of the role. Your commitment to excellence, attention to detail and a ‘can-do’ attitude is highly valuable in this arena
