About The Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will represent Rockgas in supporting New Zealanders with inquiries about our client’s services. With access to comprehensive knowledge content, extensive training, and leadership support, you will handle a variety of tasks such as new account creation, processing service orders, payment collections, emergency responses, and handling disconnections. You will work in a dynamic team environment, focusing on delivering quality outcomes through phone, and email interactions. This role will start on the 13th of April and be offered as a 4-month fixed term contract. Operating Hours We offer full-time opportunities working across our operating hours: Monday to Friday: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm Saturday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (NZST & NZDT) You will work on a rotating roster provided 2 weeks in advance.
