Description Serves as a primary point of contact for members and prospective members, supporting both inbound service needs and outbound outreach efforts. This role works closely with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and internal teams to answer questions, schedule appointments, support enrollments, educate individuals about Tria Health and help ensure exceptional member experience. The position is performance-driven, service-oriented, and requires professionalism, accuracy, and flexibility to meet member and business needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Outbound Outreach to educate and enroll members in Tria Health programs Inbound Call Support for questions, concerns, and program assistance Appointment Scheduling and reminder calls Care Coordination with members, providers, and pharmacies Accurate Documentation in company systems Follow SOPs, protect member privacy, and escalate issues appropriately Requirements Customer service experience required; healthcare or call center experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Success Factors: Detail-oriented with a friendly, professional phone presence Quick learner with strong listening and interpersonal skills Empathetic, team-oriented, and motivated to help members Physical Demands and Work Environment: The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
