QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and dispatch software (preferred but not required).
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Experience in the construction/skilled trades Industry would be considered an asset
