Description POSITION OVERVIEW: The Customer Service Representative will support the outside sales team, operations team and customers with prompt service, accurate order entry, on-time delivery of product and effective issue resolution when necessary. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Evaluate customer requests for sales opportunities Manage customer orders and quotation files with 100% accuracy Coordinate and expedite customer orders, and ensure customer requirements are understood and customers are kept informed of relevant issues Maintain a proactive approach to customer complaints, requests to expedite, and any other customer issues Work closely with sales team and dispatch team to facilitate flow of information regarding quotes, quality issues, deliveries, prospective accounts, competitors and customer feedback Provide feedback reports to the Main Office and Supervisor regarding customer contacts Learn/Operate CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) with comfort and clarity Follow-up on customer quotations Operate in accordance with company policy and procedures Requirements QUALIFICATIONS/POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Exceptional customer service skills and great personality Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize work and apply independent judgement Basic email and PC functions Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) Knowledge of common business practices relating to the purchase, pricing, terms, shipment, taxes, and payment for products and services Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customer Self-motivated and results oriented, competitive with strong organizational and interpersonal skills and a proven successful sales record Oil + Gas industry experience a plus 3+ years’ experience in Customer Service or related field
