As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be one of the first voices our clients hear—providing support, guidance, and a bit of creative problem-solving along the way. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, loves building connections, and naturally offers helpful suggestions and solutions. You’ll coordinate cases, provide top-tier support, and help clients get the most out of working with us. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide friendly, efficient service to doctors and office staff via phone and email Listen for opportunities to offer helpful products or services that align with client needs Coordinate patient appointments for custom shade/stain or CT scans Schedule pickups with shipping couriers and communicate timing with clients Receive and process both physical and digital cases Build strong relationships with clients through personal touches and attentive service Send timely correspondence and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction Assist with order entry and product fulfillment for Argon Dental Keep accurate records of client communication and interactions Contribute ideas for improving processes and customer experience across the Network Support and live out the Dental Crafters Network values in all aspects of your work Requirements 1–3 years in a customer-facing role—support, coordination, or administrative experience High school diploma or equivalent required Confident communicator with a professional, warm phone presence Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities Curious, proactive, and willing to learn Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly A team player who genuinely enjoys helping people
