As part of our continued growth, we're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our terminal operations team. Job Summary: As a Corporate Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, playing a key role in ensuring a smooth and professional shipping experience. This position supports all terminal operations by handling customer inquiries and tracing requests, as well as setting up pickups and delivery appointments. Key Responsibilities – Daily: Serve as the front-line representative for local terminal customers by phone, email, and in-person. Handle a high volume of inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency. Accurately enter shipment orders and update customer records in the system. Schedule pickups and deliveries and assist with appointment management. Communicate proactively with customers about shipment status, delays, or exceptions. Escalate unresolved issues or service delays to the Customer Service Manager. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (required). Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the LTL, freight, or logistics industry preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with a clear and friendly communication style. Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows. Comfort with scanning/imaging software. Attention to detail, especially in data entry and shipment paperwork handling. Team-oriented with a service-first mindset and a proactive attitude.
