Core Responsibilities: * Preparation and execution of logistic administrative tasks to meet deadlines, including processing inbound/outbound jobs and managing truck documentation. * Prepare and send complete and accurate daily activity reports (GRN/ Dispatch / Transportation) to ensure timely communication of operational activities. * Ensure that high-quality service is consistently provided to clients, adhering to defined standards, while safeguarding the company’s interests. * Collaborate with internal departments to provide updates on container planning, ASN issues, order issues, and IT-related matters, ensuring professionalism and prompt resolution.
