Description CSC Customer Service Representative is responsible for taking customer orders and entering orders in a timely manner by complying with all processes to achieve company Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, and customer service objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Communicate in a professional manner while taking orders through the Contract Review process. Explain the ordering process to prevent any unexpected situations that may create customer dissatisfaction. Maintain a calm demeanor when working through problems with unhappy customers. Perform duties according to Plan: Resolve issues that prevent exceptional customer service by contacting internal resources to fix mechanical, IT, or personnel issues, and communicate with customer about any issues that will prevent on time delivery of material to their jobsite. Schedule Orders: Consider daily demand and capacity when scheduling orders. Be an effective team member by setting a positive example, fulfilling all responsibilities on-time, resolving customer issues in a positive manner, filling-in on other duties as assigned, keeping commitments to others, communicating effectively, and building teamwork within the group. Requirements Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma / GED (Associates degree in a technical specialty is a plus) Valid NC Driver License with a clean driving record (valid CDL License is a plus) Skilled in Microsoft Office products (experience operating dispatching software is a plus) Strong organization, and time management Strong interpersonal skills (communicate well with colleagues, vendors, and customers) (Bilingual is a plus) Demonstrated ability to participate in improvement efforts and contribute to the success of a team.
