Located in Langley City, Yellow Fence Rentals is a privately owned group that provides Fence Rentals and Disposal / Recycling Bins to customer in British Columbia.
We have grown organically by providing industry leading products and services delivered by industry leading staff and equipment.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our office and field operations team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for new and current customers and will play a key role in both customer satisfaction and business growth.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proactive problem solving approach so that our customers and clients receive the highest level of service in the industry.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Customer Service Representative or Dispatcher Role
  • Proficient in excel, word and Microsoft outlook
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is a requirement
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is an asset
Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Capture information, answer questions, provide simple quotations, schedule service appointments and direct calls as required for large accounts
  • Maintain and update data bases, ensuring current and accurate client information
  • Execute follow up calls to customers after completion of jobs as required to assist management
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Provide assistance to senior management and operations staff
  • Basic accounting functions
