(BCM), an industry leading HVAC contractor headquartered in Poway California, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Admin/Dispatcher. Duties include, but not limited to: Scheduling a high volume of phone calls and emails Service Billings Creating and managing POs Managing daily technician times We offer competitive pay, 401k, holiday pay, vacation pay, and sick pay. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Requirements Must have exceptional customer service skills Be detail oriented Be able to multi-task in a faced paced environment Strong computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Dispatch experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
The primary duties involve managing a high volume of customer service interactions via phone and email, alongside administrative tasks such as scheduling, processing service billings, creating and managing purchase orders, and tracking daily technician times.
