As a Customer Service Representative, you'll handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and create positive experiences that build lasting relationships with our clientele. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and in-person interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints Provide accurate product and service information to customers while identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
